Coinciding with the school’s 125th Anniversary, the library is also celebrating its 50^th Anniversary!

With the support of the P&C the library building was officially opened on 2^nd August 1975 and has continued to be a hub of the school, much used and loved by students and staff.

To celebrate both these occasions, we are hosting a Bookstall at the 125th Anniversary Celebrations on Saturday 26^th July. This is to enable past and present community members to purchase books to donate to the school, commemorating their relationship with Kenmore State School over the years. A label to affix inside the cover of the book will be available to record family name and a Community Connection message: 

It will be a wonderful record to share with future students.

The Bookstall will be in Amos Hall and open from 3:15 until 5pm. Books can also be purchased to take home.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Students will be bringing home Issue 5 of the Scholastic Book Club.

Orders are due by Friday 1^st August 2025.

There are two ways to order/pay:

1. Credit Card: To pay by credit card, visit scholastic.com.au/LOOP or download the LOOP app. Your order will be electronically linked to the rest of the school’s order.
2. Cash: Please enclose cash with completed order form and return to school library

Your orders are very much appreciated as each order earns the school points towards buying new resources.
